I am the tree of life

We grow beyond the pain, by pulling others into the light.

In most of my pictures, I'm smiling from ear to ear.  Truth be told there's a knife wedged deep into my soul. The knife of life serves as a reminder I've been marked and chosen for greater things. So I slice up this hurt to serve its purpose, exposing the wounds that cause me pain. In Hope's of helping to prevent another from being blindly led to the slaughter.

My spiritual sisters and brothers need a word of encouragement and hand extended to pull them out of their despair. Though my soul is wounded it is not lost. A light within me shines brightly as a beacon to those in the dark.

Don’t go under. Stay strong and rise up!

The people who walk in [spiritual] darkness Will see a great Light; Those who live in the dark land, The Light will shine on them.

    1. Thank you. Writing has always been my outlet as well. I’m just stepping into the world of blogging and it feels like a writers home.

      1. I definitely feel the same. I’ve had it for about 2 years but I’ve just recently started to write more consistently. It was hard for me to share my feelings to others but a lot of my friends recommended me blogging and my fiance ultimately helped me with the confidence to share.
