I’m a 42 y/o divorcee, writer, author, mother of three boys 12, 2 and 19. A survivor of abuse and trauma. Diagnosed bipolar at 26 with the later addition of BPD, PTSD and major depression. The fact that I’m alive to tell the story is a Miracle in itself. So many times I’ve wanted to escape myself, until I began this journey of healing, learning and loving myself. A journey I would like to share with you. In Hope’s to inspire, uplift, and encourage another in despair, in healing. In gaining some understanding of living beyond the stigma of mental illness.
